I need to be honest about something before I write my review, I thought Geronimo was a detective not a journalist for The Rodent's Gazette. Okay back to the review.... I liked Geronimo a lot! He at first is terrified of everything; going to work, the dark, snakes, everything! He is tricked into going on what he thinks is a vacation but is actually a weeklong jungle hike. The book has funny parts and brave parts. Geronimo tries to face his fears but it takes a couple of tries before he can beat them. I liked how his family tried to help him. I also like how you can pick up any one of the books in the series and start reading. They tell you a little bit about each character in the series on the first page. All in all a fun series!
