Your going to have to read Magickeepers: The eternal hourglass book one

Librarian Katie's Review

This book is the first one in the series, book two came out a few months ago. The Magickeepers is a really cool story with action, humor, and magic. Nick gets to learn not only about magic (which is awesome) but also his Russian heritage, in the book they do use a few Russian words.

I really enjoyed reading it, I kept thinking about it throughout my day when I was working . What's going to happen to Nick? What does this or that mean? I also love the cover art. I'm a sucker for great cover art. You also get to read about his magical relatives and their history.

This book also reminds me of Harry Potter just because it's about a boy and magic. The story is different because it's set in a real place where magic happens, not a magical place where magic happens.

If you enjoy magic and mystery you will love Magickeepers!
